ACBC Unveils New Patented Woolrubber Sole Made from Cornstarch and Wool Fiber.

ACBC, the B Corp and Circular Science Company, a leader in green B2B consulting, design, and production of responsible products, reveals its new patented woolrubber sole made from cornstarch and wool fiber.

ACBC has developed a bio-circular compound for rubber sole applications with 85% responsible input derived from renewable sources (cornstarch) and recycled materials (wool fiber). This innovative compound not only uses renewable molecules but also incorporates waste wool fibers that are too short to be spun or used in conventional textile production. These fibers are recycled and integrated into a Beyondplastic compound through a patented process, constituting between 10% and 20% of the mixture, depending on the desired performance.

The Beyondplastic compound, initially formulated with a high percentage (80%) of renewable components, already demonstrates significant sustainability from its chemical composition. Additionally, the inclusion of wool fibers further elevates the level of environmental responsibility, bringing the total responsible input to at least 85%.
